Appetizers

Smoked Salmon, herbed cream cheese, and lemon pearls, served atop pumpernickel

Mini BLTAs
House cured and smoked bacon, Whidbey Island grown lettuce, heirloom tomato, with avocado and housemade aioli served with our housemade focaccia

Mini Philly Cheese Steaks
Incredibly tender, thinly sliced flank steak, caramelized onions, red and green bell peppers, sauteed onions topped with provolone cheese served inside our hoagie rolls

Mini Reuben Bites
Housemade corned beef, Swiss cheese, Whidbey Island sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing grilled between slices of rye.

Salad

Raw Brussels Sprout Salad
with shaved red onion, pecorino, and Dijon topped with a lemon vinaigrette

Quinoa Salad
with roasted garlic, shallot, fresh tomatoes drizzled with a white wine vinaigrette

Cobb Salad
Chopped local lettuce with egg, avocado, tomato, grilled chicken, onion, crispy bacon bits, and crumbled blue cheese

Potato Salad
Classically made with onions, hard cooked eggs, and celery served creamy.  Alternatively, try our potato salad with a caramelized onions , crispy bacon, red onion, fresh herbs, topped with a sharp Dijon Vinaigrette
